Shira Godin is a graduate student in the Psychological Sciences M.S. Program at William & Mary. She received a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her research interests center on examining the role of parent-child relationships in shaping a child's socioemotional development into adulthood, with a particular focus on understanding intergenerational trauma and factors that protect against its adverse outcomes. Shira hopes to continue her education and research training by pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology.

Xinyin Zhang is an incoming graduate student in the Psychological Sciences M.S. Program at William & Mary. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her research focuses on trauma, resilience, and posttraumatic growth. She is particularly interested in better understanding intergenerational/cultural trauma and developing accessible, culturally responsive digital mental health interventions for marginalized populations. She is committed to pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.

Zoe Zollinger is an incoming graduate student in the Psychological Sciences M.S. Program at William & Mary. She received her B.S. in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from William & Mary. Her research interests lie at the intersection of clinical and positive psychology, with an emphasis on community, resilience, and wellbeing. She is especially interested in how people may flourish in the face of adversity, particularly how individual protective factors and supportive communities foster resilience in the context of depression and suicidal ideation. She plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and contribute to more inclusive, compassionate, and evidence-based approaches to mental health.

Kendall Pade is a senior undergraduate student at William & Mary, double majoring in Psychology and English. Her research interests are in developmental and positive psychology, with a particular focus on positive protective factors that support children experiencing adversity. Looking ahead, she hopes to pursue a master's degree and continue her research, expanding her understanding of positive developmental psychology.
